We found this just off the main square in Bugibba. It's a little hidden away from the main square, but thanks to TripAdvisor, we decided to seek it out. As both of us are lovers of Italian food, it seemed a perfect place.
The decoration was simple, but the food was authentic. As with most of our travels around Malta on this trip, the restaurant was empty, but this is only to be expected in the off season. I wished they had the octopus for starter, but they didn't so I had mussels instead. I often try to eat seafood at restaurants as I find it a bit of a hassle to cook at home and I'm the only person who likes it.
Our waitress was very friendly and made us very welcome, although she spoke only a small amount of English - this being far more than my Italian. Very reasonable prices made the night a nice one for us.
I forgot to take any pictures of the restaurant or the food.
